İŞ TANIMI
We are seeking Campaign Management Associate Manager with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to Campaign Management&Analytics Manager of Vodafone Turkey.
The accountabilities of this role are:
- Lead all CVM multi channel campaign management processes.
- Required role will be responsible for;
- Managing and operationalizing cross channel end-to-end campaign management lifecycle
- Setting the policy for customer contact management
- Being the gate keeper of customer contact policy and campaign efficiency
- Improving the performance of the campaigns by continuous monitoring and feedback
- Lead the channel alignment with COPS, Retail, IT teams for sustainable campaign management
