- Strong technical knowledge of mobile telecommunication
- Knowledge and general understanding of Unified Communications and key vendor (e.g., Oracle, Nokia, Ericsson, Huawei, IBM, EMC, HP, Tektronix.) strategies.
- University degree in Electrical & Electronics or Computer Engineering
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth in fast moving technology environment (mobile, telecommunications, and business converged products.
- Commercially minded and creative thinker, able to articulate and present key issues in a clear and concise form.
- Ability to communicate complex often technical messages in a clear and concise way – using word, PowerPoint, etc.
- Logical and analytical approach for solving problems.
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills; capable of writing recommendations, and interacting with company personnel on complex topics; making presentations to an internal audience and interacting positively.
- Proven leadership and entrepreneurial skills.
İŞ TANIMI
We are seeking a Decision Support Systems Manager with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting Serv. Assurance Rep.&Analytics Snr.Mngr.of Vodafone Turkey.
- Being accountable for the Inventory, Performance, Reporting and Analytics systems lifecycle starting from the Plan ,design, updating the interfaces, planning changes/upgrades required, identifying controlling change requirements, optimizing the equipment/application requirements and maintenance and managing the related Capex/Opex budgets for Mobile Infrastructure.
- Plan the future architecturte of NW (voice & data ) probes
- Driving the operations of following DSS (Mobile) systems: EMC RTI Network Analytics, North-I, Piworks, Business Objects,and various custom developed applications and NW probes
- Management of DSS Team, People, skill & performance
- Managing the overall integrity of solutions by reviewing, updating and planning changes/upgrades if required with the team members and relevant Vodafone Group entities and vendors.
- Maintain close relationship to internal stakeholders like Network & IT Planning and Operations teams in order to understand their requirements and create future projects funnel based on their projections.
- Close contact / development of partnership with major industry suppliers such as Oracle, Nokia, Ericsson, Huawei, IBM, EMC, HP, Tektronix.
- Driving the procurement process starting from concept, RFP preparation, vendor selection and ensuring the quality of delivery.
- Organizing financial preparations, IRR evaluation, budgeting and managing project approvals.
- Creating dashboards and customized tools which will easy operational teams’ duties.
- Being part of Technology War Room organizations with real time data.
- Initiate new innovative technical strategies and/or system & application improvements.
- Identify technology evolution and industry trends relevant to the Network and Service Management domain.
