Field Operations Specialist

We are seeking a Field Operations Specialist with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to  Field Operations Manage of  Vodafone Turkey.

The accountabilities of this role are:

• Manage vendor’s monthly/weekly activities
• Manage site rollout process
• Check sites randomly for BoQ accuracy, H&S implementations 
• Check and  approve site BoQs
• Set BTK SLA/KPI targets for BCO
• YSB process followup
• Control and manage rollout and revision invoicing process
• Check installation progress, site quality
• Join site surveys  and site acceptances 
• Coordinate and join site inspection together with BTK
• Make sure vendors or BCO  prepare BTK application forms/files properly and enter IFIS systems on time
• Communication with Regional BTK daily/weekly basis
• Follow up with VF Regulation Department
• Train and update vendors, subcons about new regulations an rules of BTK
• Take actions to improve site quality
• Lessons learnt improvements, 
• Work with central support section to modify standarts and directives
• Prepare weekly/monthly/annual field operation work orders and PO reports
• Prepare presentations for management and meetings 
• Prepare Rollout and revision progress reports and share with other departments

• IFIS experience
• TSS,TSSR, application file expertise
• Min 2 years operator/vendor/ subcontractor experience
• BTK process  experience site survey and acceptance,
• Communicate with legal authorities on site problems and solutions
• Able to prepare reports and presentations
• MS Office Knowledge
• Good command of English
