İŞ TANIMI
We are seeking a Financial Decision Support Specialist with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting Financial Decision Support Manager of Vodafone Turkey.
The accountabilities of this role are:
- Timely and accurately identify risks and opportunities around the CBU terminal and sales costs.
- Manage relationship with business partners and specifically with Department Managers, and Heads.
- Provide financial direction and guidance in operating expenses.
- Support and challenge the business to set and deliver challenging operating and financial plans.
- Manage and establish the link between supported terminal and sales functions and finance in order to understand the developments & performance in depth by finance executives.
- Provide insightful, timely and value added input so that functional management teams see Decision Support as a key contributor
- Work cross functionally to ensure that plans are integrated
- Develop the credibility with senior management so as to be able to challenge the business to achieve value added results
- Drive and lead the business with the outcome of the business cases for sustainable growth of the Company,
- Working closely with respective CBU and Sales teams in order to get engaged earlier in the decision process to increase the relevance and value add of finance
- Support the preparation of business cases, engaging all relevant stakeholders and make recommendations to senior management
- Conduct post investment reviews to measure achievement of projects compared with the business plan
- Develop tools for measuring profitability and improving return on investment
- Drive and support the achievement of business plans and forecasts for Commercial Operating expenses
- Challenge the respective Functional teams to develop stretch but achievable financial plans as well as robust forecasts
- Perform the review of CBU and Sales Functions expense forecasting and the clear presentation to the decision makers in detail ensuring completeness, timeliness, and accuracy
- Work with Financial Planning & Analysis to ensure all key planning deliverables are achieved and the overall plan for the business is cohesive
