QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Awareness of application delivery and development models
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of cultures in a diverse community
International experience in telecoms/finance for both service provider and/or vendor environment for at least 4 years
Excellent command of both written and verbal English
Perseverant and customer oriented approach.
BS degree in Engineering from a reputable university, MS/MBA would be an advantage
Solid experience on IT Procedures in Telecom, preferably ITIL

İŞ TANIMI

We are seeking an IT Governance Expert with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting Enterprise Architecture Senior Manager of Vodafone Turkey.

The accountabilities of this role are:

Define governance framework that supports IT strategy and objective achievements
Support capability planning for selected processes
Define related service agreement levels
Align IT objectives (VGSM) with company objectives track the status of defined goals and metrics
Define quality requirements and make sure that the delivery provided meets these requirements
Audit and evaluate processes within IT that they are properly in use
Identification of process ownerships with TQSA Process Management team
Determination of process maturity levels
Set and run a risk management process to predict, identify, set risk tolerance, handle proactive prevention and mitigate risk to minimize failures
Work closely with local and group audit teams and provide input regarding IT processes when necessary
Approve, reject, downgrade or eliminate risks depending on nature of the risk
