transformation in the Turkish Market, where the company has been operating and investing heavily since 2006.
- Bachelor Degree in business, master degree is a plus (MBA)
- Experience in Banking, m-commerce, consultancy and/or telco sectors preferred
- Track record of successful product development and management
- Managing implementation of cross-functional initiatives experience
- Understand technical background of existing services and actively look into new technologies providing opportunities for
enhanced end-user services
- Responsible for system enhancements and modifications in accordance to company objectives, with particular emphasis
on marketable and sustainable competitive differentiation
- Formulate & compile business requirement specifications (taking into consideration inputs from other related
departments), assist in preparation of service uptake and usage related forecasts to drive technical developments, scaling
& dimensioning
- Evaluate technical proposals during proposition development from business objective point of view
- Set up KPI’s, monitor performance of services through in-depth reports in order to manage channel/proposition
performance
- Focus not only quantitative but qualitative performance of propositions
- Prepare management reports and governance materials
- Good interpersonal and influencing skills
- Collaborative Problem solving & decision making
- Results-driven and delivery-focused
- Excellent presentation, written and verbal communications skills incl. strong negotiation skills
We are seeking a Mobile Finance Services Snr.Assc.Manager with the will and ambition to work in high performing
Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to Mobile Financial Services Senior
Manager of Vodafone Turkey.

- Allocate time and effort to understand and act compliant to law
- Focus on commercial model of Vodafone’s Digital Payment Methods
- Mobile payment growth is promising, on rise, and on focus in the world and, in Turkey. Emerging mobile commerce
themes show that digital banking is arising in Turkey’s competitive landscape, so it will be in Turkey’s telco
environment as well.
- Creating the right mobile strategy demands understanding of how customer drivers differ and evolving
- Guarantee positive P&L through innovative digital payment methods
- Have the capability of fast and accurate regulation understanding; including BDDK (Bankacılık Düzenleme ve Denetleme
Kurumu) law, MASAK (Mali Suçları Araştırma Kurulu) regulations, TBB (Türkiye Bankalar Birliği) regulations and BTK
announcements and laws
- Apply the regulation significations into business, in a commercially profitable way
- Deep dive and craft the commercial model which will eventually get in integration with internal applications and external
merchants such as e-commerce web sites and loyalty applications.
- Support company business and financial planning in cooperation with Consumer and Enterprise teams, Technology,
Finance and Brand, Strategy and Planning, etc.
- Understand revenue streams, associated costs and business potentials of mobile payment services
- Identification and implementation of Market opportunities
- Interprets market research and analysis to assess the viability of opportunities, and present recommendations.
- Understand competitor activities, standards, new technologies and related third parties.
- Build business cases to evaluate local market and support decision making.
- Strong cooperation with Vodafone departments to keep close to customer preferences and needs.
- Get approvals as per company governance process on new proposition developments & modifications based on
Proposition Roadmap and DB.
