• Degree qualified in a Science or an Engineering discipline
• Min 10years of work experience
• Significant experience of FreeBSD, Linux, UNX systems
• Significant experience of DB Administration, DNS Administration
• Significant experience of PHP, Cacti Development and Administration
• Significant experience on scripting
• Deep understanding of security systems
• Strong prioritisation skills
• Fluent English
• Strong analytical thinking and excellent problem solving skills

İŞ TANIMI

We are seeking a Network Regıulation Operation Manager with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to IP&PS Core Operations Senior Manager  of  Vodafone Turkey.
                                     
Developing team strategy to reach main targets

• Defining new processes to meet the needs of business
• Manage the daily operation and work balance between team members
• Create reports to update management about the team progress
• Manage troubleshooting activities in case of faults or service outages
• Manage root cause analyses and ensure corrective actions are taken
• Increasing the efficiency and automation
• Making all requested works suitable to change management work flow and maximo regarding minimum customer effect
• Work in a proactive way to prevent incidents
• Provide necessary support to other teams
• Ensure that all regulation related services are planned, implemented and working in a resilient approach
• Comply with BTK related regulation rules and policies
• Make troubleshooting in case of faults or service outages and solve problems
• Find root cause of faults and take corrective actions
• Work in a proactive way to prevent incidents
• Give support to other teams
• VFTR Mobile and VFNet DPI systems
• VFTR Mobile and VFNet Web Access Restrictions - Implementation, Operation and Maintenance, This is one of the most critical and risky regulative issue and closely followed by BTK.

• VFTR Mobile and VFNet DNS systems – Implementation, Installation, Operation and Maintenance (Including 36 DNS Servers)
