We are seeking a Vas & Messaging Product Senior Associate Manager with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to  VAS & Messaging Product Manager of  Vodafone Turkey.

The accountabilities of this role are:

• Market and technology research, competitive analysis for new product/service/solution and coordination of Business Development activities for co-branded/multi operator campaigns and activities are also among this role’s responsibilities.
• Responsible for the sales of mobile marketing & advertising products/services
• Responsible for the product development of mobile marketing & advertising products/services
• Analyzes current situation and plans required services & campaigns in order to increase mobile marketing and mobile advertising revenue 
• Brings/suggests innovative ideas to expand mobile marketing & advertising product portfolio in order to increase revenues with meeting market needs
• Improves marketing tools/ programs that will enable partners to be successful marketing / selling our products and solutions
• Assists department manager to define commercial strategies and to establish pricing models in mobile marketing & advertising.
• Plans innovative products in line with global marketing solution strategies for differentiating Vodafone Turkey’s market position in mobile Vas & Messaging business
• Effectively follow product development processes and eager to coordinate related  technical and other related teams in order to launch products
• End to end process tracking of product development till launch
• Defines policies and compliance processes for the business if needed
• Analyses and develops business opportunities for new projects & partnerships. 
• Acts as an intermediary in implementing co-branded marketing activities between segment teams and brands. 
• Provides consultancy and project management services to segments and sales units for mobile solutions required in marketing campaigns and sales promotions
• Executes mobile marketing campaigns
• Manages operational processes and coordinates internal departments for successful campaign management
• Responsible for the invoicing process
• Responsible for campaign MIS reporting
• Manages ad sales operations
• Coordinates revenue share payments to business partners

• Bachelor Degree in engineering or business, master degree is a plus
• 1-2 years of digital or mobile ad  experience, preferably with a leading publisher or a mobile experience working at or with operators highly desirable.
• Experience in New Product Development 
• Advance level of English
