- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Business, master degree is a plus,
- Minimum 2-3 year of professional working experience,
- Knowledge and/or experience of project cycle management will be an asset,

İŞ TANIMI
We are seeking a Bid Management Associate Manager-Vodafone Business with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to Pricing & Bid Management Senior Manager of Vodafone Turkey.
- Responsible for submitting a completed bid to an existing or prospective client, on time and within budget,
- To be ensure that all the client's questions have been answered as fully as possible and that the organization has given itself the best possible chance of success,
- Coordinate relevant departments for each bid with project management approach,
- Self-motivating and able to work under minimal supervision,
- Provides defined and clear stakeholder engagement,
- Responsible from maximizing revenue and profit of complex and high-value corporate deals,
- Set and deliver realistic commitments to our customers and ensure consistent, high-quality proposals,
- Conduct effective qualification – balance resources and minimize bid cost for maximum outcome,
- Win business with successful and effective bidding,
- Increase effectiveness to work on more bids by reducing bid lifecycle times,
- Quantify and mitigate risk for Vodafone and our partners,
- Ensure governance activities are recorded for audit purposes and are retrievable during the lifecycle of the contract.
