- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 2 years experience
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills involving significant and detailed analysis / interpretation
- Excellent command in MS Office Programs especially in Excel (SQL and VBA knowledge is an asset)
- Experience of working with large volumes of data.
- Proficiency in SQL
- Statistics/machine learning experience (using R or Python) would be an asset
- Analytical mind with strong planning and organizational skills
- Well know Call Center KPI’ s
- Fluent in English

İŞ TANIMI
We are seeking a KPI Analytics Senior Specialist with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to Customer Insight Manager of Vodafone Turkey.
- Conduct data-mining projects to discover drivers and triggers for KPI metrics.
- Develop methods utilizing new or existing research/data to improve overall customer experience that leads to increased targeted sales and maximized performance.
- Collect data needed for analysis
- Work with Business Intelligence on developing reporting suite and channel dashboards for decision making and information sharing.
- Assess and recommend visualization tools.
- Run sql queries or use BO to collect requested data.
- Run adhoc customer and channel analysis for the innovatite ideas based on insights,
- Ensure the COPs KPIs are in line with the expectations.
- Track and analyse COPs KPIs
- Be SPOC for BI and DWH environment
- Identify requirements for database design/enhancements in accordance to end users’ information needs
- Enrich data by coordinating requirements with BI teams
- Enrich out of DWH data (e.g. excels, sharepoints) by adding new data sources used internally in COPs and automate feed mechanism
- Build heatmaps, dashboards and other visulation presentation tools
- Ensure data quality used by customer operations insights and KPI analytics teams
- Optimize BO queries for best performance
