W Istanbul is looking for Duty Manager !

The ideal candidate will have a drive to sell, consistently positive and patient attitude and be able to handle multiple situations at one time and will also have excellent communication skills.

• Possess a good command of the English & Turkish languages and the ability to clearly and pleasantly communicate with guests, both in person and by telephone.
• 1 year  experience in a similar position, preferably in a luxury market
• Knowledge of Opera PMS System.
• Ability to work flexible hours, night shifts, including weekends, holidays if necessary
• Ability to be clear forward thinker, analyze and resolve problems. Using good judgment, in pressure situations.
• Ability to be flexible as the job changes
• Ability to work with constant interruptions and maintain a calm, pleasant and professional attitude.
• Ability to work without direct supervision.
