General Expectations

• Being an effective individual participant and team player
• Familiarity with Hospitality Industry and technologies.
• Completing assigned projects and tasks within specified timeframes
• Completion of Military Service
• High School Graduation (Min. 2 Years University)
• Foreign Language Knowledge (English)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the acquisition and maintenance of property-based systems.
• Ensuring uninterrupted operation of computer and network operations according to procedures
• Monitoring the backup/recovery functions, ensuring that they are performed on a planned basis.
• It ensures consistent maintenance and completion of management functions for hardware, operating, and application systems.
• Provide IT technical support to property users.

Technical Knowledge and Skills

• Server and Active Directory Architecture and Security Applications
• Basic Windows Server Operating System and Active Directory usage and management knowledge
• Mobile Device Applications and Installations
• Basic Network (LAN) Management Knowledge
• Hospitality Applications Knowledge (Opera, Micros, MC etc..) is preferred
