• University degree from Tourism and Hospitality field,
• Minimum 1 years of experience in similar position in five star hotels,
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Turkish,
• Very good knowledge of Ms Office applications,usage of opera system,
• To have a sales technique, good customer service, communications skills, and attention to detail,
• Outstanding listening and problem solving skills required,
• Excellent organizational skills required,
• Flexible to a changing schedule,
• No military obligation for male candidates 

JOB DESCRIPTION

Reservation Agent;

• Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, fax, or mail.
  
• Follow sales techniques to maximize revenue.
• Identify guest reservation needs and determine appropriate room type.
  
• Verify availability of room type and rate.
  
• Explain guarantee, special rate, and cancellation policies to callers.
  
• Accommodate and document special requests.
  
• Answer questions about property facilities/services and room accommodations.
