We are seeking a dedicated Product Executive to join our team in the Tourism / Travel Agency. This role involves engaging with clients and promoting our products to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the tourism industry and a knack for building strong relationships with clients. • Graduated from relevant university departments.
• Minimum of 2 years and maximum of 3 years of experience in a Product Executive position.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proven track record in sales and customer service.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
• Experience in the Tourism / travel agency
• Willingness to work on-site.

• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
• Analyze the market’s potential, track sales, and status reports.
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
• Continuously improve through feedback.
• Utilize analytical thinking to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate effectively within a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
