Qualifications:

  • University degree, MBA is preffered,
  • 1-2 years of CRM or campaign management experience, 
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English,
  • Strong planning with strong communication and interpersonal skills,
  • Customer-centric approach,
  • Team work orientation and skilled in working with cross-functions,
  • No military obligation for male candidates.

Job Description:

  • To make data targeting and segmentation studies in campaign and communication specific
  • Tracking CRM communication plan (SMS,E-mailing, Website, Mobile App.)
  • CRM to ensure the proper functioning of the entire system infrastructure of campaigns, to take part in the development. To solve technical problems with foreign or internal departments
  • Analyze campaign results and consumer behaviors to improve the performance
  • Execute CRM campaign strategy (plan, setup, launch, analyze) and improve to meet marketing needs,
  • Cooperate with internal units and design campaign workflows,
  • Build up 3rd party partnerships for cross-campaigns,
  • Direct reporting to CRM Campaign Unit Manager.
