QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering, Business Administration,Economics,
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Export Sales in construction, heating&cooling, or cement industries,
  • Located in Adana or İstanbul (Asia)
  • Having strong network relations with the Market Leading Companies & Customers (is a plus)
  • Dynamic, positive thinker with entrepreneurial personality;
  • Self starter with hands on mentality
  • Excellent negotiation & interpersonal skills with ability to work co-operatively in a high-performing team;
  • Structured way of working and strong sales skills in order to be able to define the different options, opportunities, risks
  • Good command of MS Office applications for variety of reports and presentations,
  • Fluent in English (French will be an asset) and ability to work in a cross cultural enviroment,
  • International focus and ability to travel within African market such as Tunusia, Libya, Morocco,Algeria,Ethiopia etc.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to Export Manager, our candidate will be responsible for:

·Making regular visits to the locations that we operate or sale,

·Managing & developing export sales & budgets & forecasts,

·Preparing weekly and monthly export reports,

·Tracking and reporting competitor product and activities,

·Developing sustainable effective business relationship with the existing customers and acquiring new customers,

·Participating exhibitions and fairs,

·Keeping track of the sales orders and shipments by working closely with other departments to ensure the customer satisfaction,

·Following up all export market rules, regulations and command of tax legislation to mitigate all possible risks
