QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Industrial Engineering, Human resources or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in organizational development and performance management
  • Having a good level of knowledge and experience salary survey and job grading systems
  • Good command of English

 

Job Description:

  • Conducting organizational diagnostics and gap analysis; defines findings to identify strengths, opportunities, gaps, risks, challenges, and potential solutions
  • Research trends and technologies to support the current and changing needs of the organization.
  • Being an active member of organizational transformation projects by making necessary analysis and benchmarks
  • Being responsible for the job evaluation system, advising on job design, job descriptions and the correct grading of jobs with compensation & benefits unit
  • Ensuring that HR policies and practices are implemented in accordance with the HR strategy and writing and revising the HR procedures and forms according to requirements
  • Executing workforce management activities that will contribute to the organization's strategies
  • Implementing and monitoring corporate performance management processes and workflows to enable employees and teams to understand the goals and identify how individual and team outputs contribute to the achievement of company objectives; specifically, through managing the performance cycle to ensure cross-complex alignment and intra-complex cascading of business goals and OKRs across the company.
  • Leading performance milestones including goal setting, mid-year, year-end, succession models
  • Partnering with all stakeholders (managers and HRs) to manage the tools, processes, and communications involved in the design, preparation, and delivery of performance for managers and employees
  • Analyzing people-related data and trends to better understand drivers of performance and put in place systems and evaluations that will enable all employees to apply their best selves at work
