QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a creative, collaborative Compensation& Benefits Manager who is willing to excel her/ his career in a global environment.  This role is ideal for those who are passionate with numbers and have a keen eye for details, enjoy making research and interpreting data to create strategic input for HR decisions.

QUALIFICATIONS  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/ Statistics/ Mathematics (Master’s Degree or Double Major is an asset)
  • 4-6 years of experiences as a generalist specifically in the compensation and benefits, Bonus systems, Job Evaluation, Grading functions
  • Excellent command of English both oral and written
  • Strong influencing skills and strategic to manage different stakeholders.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Tools ( Especially Excel)
  • Strong analytical capabilities with a good degree of flexibility and adaptability and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic and result driven with the ability of thinking long-term

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Coordinating C&B team
  • Analyses costs and competitive trends in cash compensation and benefits programs and identifies the company`s position,
  • Coordinate the C&B activities, including job evaluation, base salary review and adjustments across all functions\locations,
  • Supports developing C&B process
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports and analytics report
  • Within the approved guidelines, prepares proposals on salary changes for new hires, promotions, transfers,
  • Organizes supports job evaluation processes in order to ensure that all jobs are evaluated and graded in a consistent and correct way in line with Job Evaluation Methodology and Job Evaluation Procedure,
  • Calculates ad prepares data for salary increase and annual bonus,
  • Supports planning of global benefits programs and works with local HR Managers to ensure appropriate regional/local design, global consistency, competitiveness, governance, compliance, and best practices.
