Purpose of Role: The Senior Inventory & Demand Planning Specialist will be responsible for maintaining optimal inventory levels in Turkey to meet established On Time Delivery targets, while forecasting activities associated with customers and products. This role will also co-ordinate inventory level reporting for the METCA region (Middle East, Turkey, Central Asia) as part of the Divisional Inventory programme.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong analytical ability and effective in putting insights into practice.
• Analysing sales and consumption monthly, quarterly and yearly across the region and perform analysis with related departments.
• Following up sales orders, opportunities, projects and performing necessary actions for stock control.
• Utilizing a collaborative and consensus approach by working with Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain to obtain and ensure that current and accurate information is used for demand forecasts.
• Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviours in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

• 4 years minimum of experience in supply chain and operations
• Solid SAP expertise is a must
• Good analytical and planning skills
• Excellent communication skills in English
