We are looking for a "Reservation & Revenue Manager" who will manage the revenue strategies and lead the reservation processes for our hotels located in Bayrampaşa and Şişli.

General Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related fields,
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar position within luxury or 5-star hotel segments,
- Deep expertise in Revenue Management, pricing strategies, channel management, and market analysis,
- Proficiency in hotel management systems and automation tools (preferably Opera PMS) and Channel Manager programs,
- Excellent command of the English language,
- Strong analytical mindset with robust budgeting, reporting, and forecasting skills,
- High capability in team management, motivation, and communication,
- Ability to adapt rapidly to changing market conditions and make strategic decisions under pressure.
Job Description
- Determining, implementing, and optimizing short, medium, and long-term room revenue strategies for both hotels under the Wish More Hotels brand,
- Developing accurate pricing and inventory management strategies by analyzing market trends, competitor actions, and historical data,
- Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly occupancy and revenue forecasting reports, and creating action plans to achieve budget targets,
- Managing the daily operations of reservation teams, while supervising compliance with guest satisfaction and corporate standards,
- Ensuring the efficient management, price parity, and content accuracy across Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), travel agencies, and direct sales channels,
- Working in close coordination with the Sales and Marketing department to develop seasonal campaigns, special packages, and promotions,
- Conducting performance management for the team, identifying training requirements, and supporting their professional development.
