QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

WYG Türkiye is currently seeking a skilled Document Preprocessing and Formatting Officerto join our Technical Assistance for the Improvement of Standardization System and Raising Awareness Project Team in Ankara.

This position requires specific qualifications, which include:

• University degree,
• Good knowledge of MS Office especially Microsoft Word Office / Libra Office
• Good knowledge of Computer Literacy,
• Good knowledge of Adobe InDesign is an asset.
• Knowledge of English (written and spoken) is an asset,
• Having high level of communication skills both verbal and written,
• Being flexible in working hours,
• No military obligation for male candidate

The officer will be responsible for editing the style of Microsoft Office Word (doc/docx) documents as per indicated by the current members of the Technical Assistance Team. The editing process covers:

• Headings,
• Paragraph,
• Terms,
• Definitions,
• Tables,
• Pictures, etc. to be tagged (restyled) as well as controlling the Font and Font size of the written materials if needed.
