We are looking for a Brand Manager to one of our clients in medical estetic sector. 

QUALIFICATIONS 

•        Bachelor's degree preferably in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or Social Sciences & Engineering
•        Minimum 10 years’ experience in Marketing
•        Excellent level of written and spoken English.
•        Determined, achievement and result oriented personality with high energy level.
•        Proven leadership skills in cross functional teams.
•        Strong analytical skills and creative pursuit.
•        Strong project management skills and desire to lead
•        Ability to handle high levels of pressure and critical decision-making.
•        A top communicator with an excellent ability to execute successful partnerships.
•        High motivation and energy levels.

     JOB DESCRIPTION

•        Development of the promotional plan and associated tools/materials for brand and product launches, brand penetration, sales growth, customer acquisition & retention.
•        Detailed planning and controlling of the marketing activities and related marketing budget in monthly basis.
•        Communication of all 3^rd party agencies including media buying, influencer management, IT.
•        Development of brand website in terms of page visits, SEO scores, lead generation and content with 3^rd party agencies. 
•        Responsible of controlling and increasing lead generation.
•        Optimizing profitability, market share and revenue growth for brand(s) by coordinating short and long-term brand strategies and planning.
•        Designing good planning/forecasting procedures (together with Sales Manager) forproduct launches, marketing & merchandising tools, promotional items.
•        Development of exclusive events for existing/new clients and the sales team in order to increase the brand awareness by marketing automation and loyalty tools.  
•        Analysis of the market and competitors within the sales and marketing data and trends
•        Designing & updating internal information and reporting systems/procedures
•        Working closely with trade marketing & sales team to achieve topline and bottom-line targets.
