Supply Planning Leader

Wyser is the international company within Gi Group Holding in charge of searching for and selecting specialized middle and senior management.
We are looking for a "Supply Planning Leader" based in Bursa for our business partner in the automotive components manufacturing industry.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering,
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automotiv industry,
- Good level of English, both written and verbal,
- Experience in team management,
- Strong in supply chain and planning processes,
- Knowledgeable in supplier ordering, shipment coordination and delivery schedule management,
- Strong understanding of stock optimization and inventory management processes,
- Experience in process improvement, lean manufacturing and productivity enhancement initiatives,
- Competent in KPI management, performance monitoring and reporting,
- Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and results-oriented working skills,
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure and adaptable to flexible working hours.
Responsibilities
- Lead the team responsible for managing end-to-end supply planning processes,
- Optimize inventory levels while balancing cost, service levels and operational efficiency,
- Monitor shipment and delivery schedules and manage corrective actions to mitigate potential risks,
- Take an active role in efficiency improvement and digitalization-focused projects across supply chain processes,
- Regularly track and analyze KPIs, develop improvement actions and present the necessary reports to senior management.
