Yapi Kredi Invest - Corporate Finance team focuses on debt and equity capital market solutions for its corporate clients in both international and Turkey local markets.  The team provides a combination of advisory and structuring solutions along with a strong international and domestic distribution platform and research capabilities.

The Corporate Finance team is now looking to hire an Analyst based in Istanbul.

General Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree from a reputable university (engineering, science, finance, economics, management degrees)
• 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred (at investment banks, financial or management consultants)
• A keen, long-term interest in investment banking and capital markets
• Drive, enthusiasm, commitment and excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong self motivation
• Strong oral and written communications skills
• Ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously under tight timelines
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, good academic record
• Financial statement analysis and financial modeling experience is a plus.
• Expert in Excel and Powerpoint
• Good command of English 

Job Description:

• Work as part of a dynamic team experienced in raising capital in both debt and equity capital markets
• Involve in all aspects of the transaction execution, including regulatory process and marketing of the deal to investors
• Analyze prospective companies for IPOs or debt capital market issuances
• Create memos and roadshow presentations in order to effectively communicate potential transactions to internal committees and prospective investors
• Monitor and analyze capital market trends, transactions and regulatory changes
• Track the team’s activities and KPIs
• Participate in idea generation to generate new business.
