Job description

Quality Planning

- Responsible for checking, updating and maintaining all quality-related, project-related documents of the Ford CSC Quality Management System in the context of quality planning for the assigned development projects

- Responsible for the coordination of all necessary activities in the course of the quality predevelopment for the assigned development projects

a. Web based e-Advanced Product Quality Planning (eAPQP)

b. Web based Vehicle Parts Progress (VPP) for W / H and End Items

c. GPDS Supplier Engagement Strategy

d. APQP / PPAP Evidence Workbook (SCCAF)

e. Planning and coordination of the OSE meetings as part of the development projects, incl. Run @ Rate

- Participation in the Product Design Reviews

- Participation in the creation of DFMEA and PFMEA

- Participation in the creation of the control plan

- Responsible for carrying out initial sampling and process and product qualification

according to Global Phased Production Part Approval Process

- Monitoring of PPAP status in the construction phases of the projects with regular report to the customer, the project management and the plant, including tracking of action plans in case of deviations

- Monitoring the Component PPAP appointments affecting W / H PPAP

- Preparation and execution of functional reviews according to YPMS for the assigned development projects

Complaint Management / Continuous Improvement

- Participation in the planning and implementation of quality improvement measures (QIP)

- Participation in the creation of 8D's in case of customer complaints and internal problems

Change Management

- Examine and assess the impact of technical changes and identify necessary actions

- Initiation and monitoring of Supplier Request for Engineering Approval (eSREA)

Interface / Support Function

- Contacts in quality matters for the customer and the works and central functions

- Participation in all Q-relevant meetings with the customer

- Supporting the construction phases at the customer and in the plants

Other

- Participation in budget planning and resource planning as well as controlling for the cost centers / QM area.

- Monitoring of inventory for QM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering 
• IATF 16949, APQP, FMEA, Control Plan, PPAP, 8D, MSA, Ford CSR knowledge is required
  
• Minimum 2 years, maximum 10 years experience in related fields
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Advanced level of MS Office Applications
• Analytical thinking, result, customer quality oriented approach and good interpersonal skills are required competencies
• Male candidates should have completed military service
