To strengthen our team we are looking for a Costing and Pricing Engineer!
What You’ll Do
- Calculation of production minutes based on 2D drawings/BOM/agreed calculation scheme
- Sales Price calculation of full harness based on the calculation scheme agreed upon with OEM
- Sales price calculation of technical changes on wire harness
- Calculation of factory cost forecast
- Analyzing and identifying issues in sales price calculations
- Evaluating BOM with Sales Material Prices including duties and freights
- Calculation of Cost Control Models for RFQ
- Explanation of Sales Price Calculations towards the OEM as Sales support
- Margin Improvement understanding and consideration when doing price calculations
- collaboration with international teams
Required Qualifications of Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or relevant fields
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
- Excellent command of Excel
- Good communication and strong analytical skills
- Team player with organizational and interpersonal skills and being target oriented
- Having 2D design knowledge will be an asset
- 2 years of experience in similar positions is an asset
- Manufacturing process knowledge is an asset
