YC INOX is a 100% Taiwanese greenfield investment, under construction period. Once fully operative company will be active in stainless steel tube & pipe manufacturing and service center with 300 employees.

This position is a mid-level managerial position and the position will be reporting to Sales & Markeking Department Manager.

The purpose of the job is managing the full scope of Sales & Marketing responsibilities, maintaining the organization's Sales & Marketing activities by implementing, and evaluating policies, programs, and practices. 

Job Description:

• Set up Marketing & Sales policy, procedures, and programs, implement and manage all related activities accordingly.
• Direct the marketing & sales teams affiliated to her/him in line with the marketing & sales targets, ensure the realization of the targets, regularly evaluate and report the target realizations.
• If there are problems that affect marketing & sales performance and originate from other sections, evaluate them with the department manager and ensure that measures are taken.
• Ensure that the company is promoted by emphasizing the quality, trust and adequate service features for the development and dissemination of the company in the domestic and foreign markets. Determine the pulse of the market, report and present it to the department manager.
• Expand the sales network, respond to the demands and recommendations of the dealers/customers in the domestic and foreign markets regarding product, quality and service, follow the sector developments.
• Ensure all the procedures related to participation in national and international sectoral fairs, prepare the fair evaluation report after the fair, present it to the department manager.
• Compile and analyse general and sectoral information about the countries identified as target countries, prepare a briefing about the market, prepare monthly and annual sales evaluation reports and present them to the management.
• Ensure providing reminders about the payment due date when the due date of the customers who buy on credit is approaching.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree from Business Administration, Marketing and Sales, Mechanical / Material Engineering. Preferably Master's Degree in marketing and sales areas.
• Good level of English.
• Having at least 5 years of experience prefably in steel sector, at least 1 year of managerial experience.
