Qualifications
- Graduated with a bachelor's degree from relevant departments of universities, preferably in Computer Engineering / Computer Programming / Software Engineering.
- At least 8 years of experience in Information Technologies and System Network.
- Experienced in installing microsoft office programs,
- Preferably with experienced in the multi locations work environment.
- Proficient in English.
- Preferably having knowledge and experience in digitalization processes
- High communication skills and experience in team management.
- Detail-oriented, capable of analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to a busy work schedule and flexible working hours.

Job Description
- Monitor and ensure the recording of security policies within the scope of information security, covering security, accessibility, and integrity procedures for the company's IT equipment.
- Defend and analyze the system, against potential threats from both internal and external sources in terms of accessibility, while providing support to meet internal customer needs.
- Be proficient in server infrastructure architecture, virtualization, networking, operating systems, and storage solutions.
- Possess the knowledge and experience to provide technical support for computers, printers, laptops, scanners, and mobile devices.
- Provide technical support to ensure the maintenance and uninterrupted operation of all systems and hardware in the company.
- Play a role in monitoring, detecting, blocking, and determining preventive measures for logs and traces across system, cyber, and local security levels as part of security precautions (internal-external).
- Create Disaster Recovery (DR) scenarios.
- Ensure the creation and management of system topologies.
- Follow, execute, and report on MSSQL database maintenance and backup operations within the context of data analysis and security.
- Be knowledgeable about Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) processes, follow them, prevent potential vulnerabilities, and ensure the system progresses within established procedures.
- Possess knowledge of firewall security measures and scenarios, and take necessary actions to monitor system security.
- Follow system logs in incident management and internet application security, take action, and report.
- Track and record Information Systems Network, System Software, and Hardware inventory processes.
- Follow, update, and manage software updates and licensing matters.
- Coordination to help desk processes.
- Investigate information security matters and ensure the resolution of corrective and preventive action records.
- Be knowledgeable about cybersecurity and DDOS attacks, monitor incidents and violations, and provide reporting.
- Possess knowledge and follow up on incidents, procedures, and policies related to violations.
