Through our REAPG factory in Tuzla, we are expanding our capabilities in energy storage production and strengthening our vertical integration from EPC to BESS manufacturing.

With our headquarters, field operations, and robust manufacturing facilities, we contribute to sustainability goals both in Türkiye and in international markets.

Currently, we are seeking a highly skilled "Tender Executive" to join our team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in proposal/tender management, preferably in energy and industrial/EPC projects
• Proven experience in bid and proposal departments of EPC or contracting companies
• Strong knowledge of Public Procurement Law, international tender procedures, EBRD guidelines, and FIDIC contracts
• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and results-driven mindset
  
  Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate end-to-end tender preparation processes
• Prepare, review, and submit technical and commercial proposal documents
• Maintain effective communication with clients, institutions, and international stakeholders
• Track and manage bid bonds, guarantees, and contract-related financial processes
• Prepare contract documentation and follow through until contract signature
• Maintain and update tender tracking systems and documentation
• Analyze tender data and support reporting and ERP system entries
• Coordinate registrations with relevant institutions, international banks, and tender platforms
• Conduct technical and financial feasibility assessments of tenders and present recommendations to senior management
