Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Statics, Mathematics, Information and Document Management or a related field,
• 2+ years experience in tender processes for electrical works in industrial facilities or energy facilities,
• Fluent English in speaking and writing is a must,
• Effective time-management skills,
• Advanced in MS Office applications,
• Result-orientated with strong analytical thinking,
• Strong team player with good interpersonal skills and customer focused,
• Skilled in problem-solving, organization, planning, and coordination,
• Strong communication and representation skills,
• No restrictions for travelling abroad temporarily.

Job Descriptions

• Conducting relevant tasks during the preparation of technical and administrative documents to be submitted with the bid,
• Completing documentation requirements for tender processes during the preparation phase,
• Checking the prepared tender documents and making entries into the ERP system,
• Monitoring domestic and international public/private sector tenders and providing support for preparation,
• Ensuring timely and complete preparation of all necessary information and documents for the relevant tender.
