We are looking for a Compliance Manager to be assigned at YILDIRIM Holding at our headquarters in Maslak, Istanbul. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law
• Minimum 8 years of experience

• Experienced in KVKK, GDPR, compliance process, litigation, contract review

• Excellent command of both written and spoken English

• Strong knowledge and proficiency in MS Office

• Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills

• No travel restriction

Requirements:

• Examine or prepare policies and procedures to ensure that Human Resources processes are carried out in compliance with national and international laws
• Supervise the progress of processes through policy procedures

• Establish monitoring and control procedures and perform related audits

• Create and implement a training program within the scope of the harmonization framework

• Identify risks and conduct audits to prevent them

• Manage mediation processes

• Manage all processes within the scope of Labor Law (employment contracts, dismissal processes, labor lawsuits, information training, etc.)

• Follow new regulations and ensure their implementation
