We are looking for a Cyber Security Specialist for YILDIRIM Holding to be based at our headquarters in Maslak, Istanbul.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity roles, showcasing a progressive increase in responsibility
• CISSP, CISM, and/or CEH certifications
• Strong knowledge of security technologies, a deep understanding of security protocols and frameworks
• Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, with excellent communication and decision-making skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the development and execution of our cybersecurity strategy, aligning it with business goals and industry best practices
• Lead incident response efforts, orchestrating swift and effective actions to mitigate and recover from security incidents
• Implement cutting-edge technologies to proactively identify advanced threats and vulnerabilities
• Design, review, and enhance security architectures, ensuring robustness and scalability in alignment with evolving business needs
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, foster a culture of collaboration and continuous learning within the cybersecurity team
