We are looking for a Project Finance Specialist to be assigned at our headquarters in Maslak, Istanbul.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, and any other related programs from a reputable university
• 1-4 years of experience in relevant areas, such as Business Development, Strategic Planning, Project Finance, Corporate Finance, M&A, Financial Advisory, Due Diligence, etc.
• Knowledge and experience in operational research techniques will be valued
• Written and oral fluency in English is a must
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Experience in financial analysis, a good understanding of financial modeling, valuation, and accounting
• Capable of handling multiple tasks and completing tasks according to deadlines with a focus on key details
• Demonstrated ability to be a team player and able to work independently within the defined project
• Able to work with a diverse workforce at all levels in a multicultural workforce
• Able to travel domestically and internationally when required

Requirements:

• Analyze and collate all components, prepare long-term business plans for new global acquisitions and opportunities
• Conduct market research, competition analysis for demand and revenue projections in coordination with related business units
• Assess the terminal capacities and operational capabilities, prepare new terminal development plans in line with demand projections
• Analyze commercial and operational data, conduct site visits for terminal evaluation, and prepare Due Diligence reports accordingly
• Present current findings and follow up solution processes after DD reports
• Prepare and present investment reports, business plans, and other documents
• Support term sheet and loan documentation negotiations in multiple jurisdictions
• Monitor closed deals and manage relationships with relevant creditors
