We are looking for a Senior Risk Specialist (Operations Insurance) to be assigned at our headquarters in Maslak, Istanbul.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the insurance sector
• Professional experience in insurance, reinsurance, insurance placement, insurance & reinsurance markets, insurance terms & conditions, claims handling
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
• Professional knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Flexibility on business travel 

Requirements:

• Provide strategic support on structuring the company’s insurance program
• Lead the renewal process for corporate insurance policies
• Gather exposure data and the company information required to support annual insurance renewals
• Identify, evaluate, and provide risk management recommendations that help to better manage business risks while minimizing the overall cost of risk
• Perform a risk assessment: Analyzing current risks and identifying potential risks that are affecting the company
• Perform a risk evaluation: Evaluating the company’s previous handling of risks, and comparing potential risks with criteria set out by the company
• Prepare benchmark reports of rates, clauses, and wordings
• Manage relationships with business partners
• Improve business processes by working coordinately with other teams
• Perform claims handling
