• Qualified candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering from a reputable university
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years work experience in the railroad industry
• Knowledge and understanding of TCDD regulations
• Experience in railroad budget management 
• Able to engage key stakeholders in an effective manner to generate results
• Experience in networking and relationship building
• Willingness to travel locally and globally
• Written and oral fluency in English 

İŞ TANIMI

• Plan and develop the railroad market to support strategic business goals of the company in the Marmara region
• Develop new business opportunities, ensure excellent customer service, expand business and maintain existing relationships
• Lead the execution of the railroad operations to meet the goals of the ETİ Logistics management
• Manage the safety, service performance, operating practices, and financial performance of railroad operations
• Supervise safety and environmental law compliance to all company policies and procedures
• Select, negotiate, and lease train cars, and manage TCDD and other train car providers' contracts
• Implement company policies and procedures and promote company core values , both within and outside the organization
• Develop and maintain high performance standards and positive relations with TCDD
• Evaluate railroad asset requirements and other railroad projects to improve performance and asset utilization
• Develop and periodically review operating procedures for all railroad functions in the Marmara region
