Yıldız Holding, one of the largest and fast-growing groups of Turkey, is looking for IT Project Executive - SFA. A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Manage Ülker Sales Force Automation Systems (SFA), which is one of the most important operational systems for group sales companies, change management, solution development and support activities

• Coordinate Ülker International SFA Projects implementations with all the aspects as necessary (i.e. subject matter expertise, business requirements analysis gathering, project management, local/global hardware/software vendors assessments, early life support) – 5 countries

• Provide a vision to group companies and updating SFA Manager in Sales Force Automation domain way of workings by following technological and sectorial developments, analyzing best practices in global projects

• Mitigate risks and issues for SFA IS operations to satisfy customer expectations by planning source, time and quality

• Contribute to find the best suppliers that meet the needs for SFA projects by providing inputs in the supplier assessment and procurement processes

• Managing the change management process by negotiating and directing business requirements with internal customers

• Coordinate project implementations (roll-outs, training sessions, and supporting issues) utilizing the selected partner.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
• At least 5 years of experience in SFA systems and projects
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Turkish and English
• Strong social and communication skills
• Strong project management skills
• Reconciliation, teamwork skills and eager to learn
• No military obligation for male candidates
