Yıldız Holding, one of the largest and fast-growing groups of Turkey, is looking for M&A Executive. A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below:

JOB DESCRIPTION

-     Evaluating of M&A and other investment/divestiture opportunities including:

         * Performance of initial commercial / financial analysis on prospective       acquisition/divestment targets

        * Analysis of the value chain of the target, building up growth and synergy assumptions, peer analysis, observing and analysing the competition

        *     Valuation and building up financial model of the company

-     Preparing/analysing marketing materials (teasers, IM, management presentations, etc.)

-     Carrying out deal structuring and executing other transaction-related tasks

-     Coordinating functional teams and building up data rooms, timely answering buyer queries

-     Conducting Confidentiality Agreement negotiations from a commercial perspective

-     Supporting the project team in negotiation of transaction documentation including sales and purchase agreements and other legal items

-     Keeping fully up to date with the financial markets and the sector developments

QUALIFICATIONS 

-      Undergraduate degree from reputable universities, Master’s degree in relevant discipline is an additional asset

-      At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance or Private Equity

-      Complete know-how of M&A processes including due diligence

-      Excellent command of verbal and written English

-      Advanced knowledge in MS Office applications

-      Strong communication and presentation skills

-      Strong inter-personal and relationship-building skills

 -     Excellent in teamwork, planning and organization skills

-      Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and react to changing priorities

-      Resilience to perform under pressure

-      Strong analytical, problem solving skills

-      Can-do approach, result oriented and strong problem-solving ability
