• BS in Food Engineering, Chemistry, or related field required
• Minimum of 3 years R&D experience
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Good knowledge of MS office programs, preferably good knowledge of SAP
• Documented ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams.
• A clear strategic mind-set that turns consumer understanding and market 
• Understanding needs of the market & customer     
• Good project management skills to deliver projects on time and at good quality
• A self-motivated team player with strong coordination skills

• Studies formulation of new and existing products to develop affordable, profitable, healthy, safe and delicious products
• Develops products in line with regulations & global recommendations
• Management of R&D Project Process
• Checks group specifications and apply the best practices and research continuously
• Follows up innovations and improvements in industry and makes required analysis to support R&D activities
• Determination of process and raw material standards of new products and ensures the cost and quality optimization of manufactured products
• Identification and research of new product needs in the market
• Ensuring the cost and quality optimization of manufactured products
