We are looking for a Strategy Manager for YILDIRIM Group’s metals & mining subsidiary,YILMADEN Holding, to be assigned at our headquarters in Maslak, Istanbul.

Qualifications:

•     Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree is preferred)
•     At least 5 years of experience in a strategic planning role, preferably in the commodities industry
•      Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•       Excellent communication and presentation skill
•     Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure
•       Strong management skills
•       Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships
•       Knowledge of financial analysis, market research, and strategy modeling
•       Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

Requirements:

•     Develop, implement, and manage the company's strategic plans, ensuring alignment with the vision and mission
•      Identify market trends, competitive landscape, and macroeconomic factors and trends that impact the commodities industry to support creating new business opportunities and growth areas
•      Monitor macro and micro industry trends and provide updates to the leadership team on opportunities and threats
•      Work closely with functional heads to develop and implement operational plans that align with the overall strategic plans
•     Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new initiatives, including new business development, sales and marketing, and operations 
•      Prepare regular updates on the overall strategy progress, conduct calibration to the strategy, and provide improvement areas
