For our growing team, we are looking for enthusiastic team members to take an active role as a Human Resources Business Partner to be based in YILPORT Holding Headquarter in Maslak.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations & Labor Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology or closely related field (Master’s degree in Human Resources Management is preferred)  
  • Have minimum 7 years of experience as an HR Professional, preferably in one of the following functions such as recruitment, performance management, training & development, organizational development, and career planning,
  • Experience in Compensation and Benefits is a plus,
  • Written and oral fluency in English is a must (Spanish, Portuguese as a second language is preferred),
  • Professional knowledge of MS Applications (Word, Excel and Power Point),
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, reporting and research skills,
  • A ‘can do’ approach, willingness to learn and extend the role above and beyond the job description,
  • Is self-directed and self-motivated, able to work both independently and within a highly collaborative team environment,
  • Have customer, quality, process and result driven approach,
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills and ability to organize and prioritize work and handle multiple tasks simultaneously and complete tasks according to deadlines,
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills interact with people from various countries, cultures and all business levels,
  • Good team player with strong problem-solving skills,

JOB DESCRIPTION

Report to the HR Executive Director, Human Resources Business Partner will play a vital role in implementing and running Holding strategies, policies and procedures regarding recruitment, on-boarding, performance management, training & development, career and succession planning processes into all terminals and ports located in Region Turkey, Iberia, Nordic and LATAM.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the full-cycle recruitment process for all blue-collar and white collar roles,
  • Assist in the development of onboarding process and execution of orientation programs for new employees,
  • Collaborate with the vocational schools and universities to promote employer branding and to acquire young talents for the organization,
  • Support HR Team for providing all kind of reporting and administrative tasks, and keeping HR records in a systematic way,
  • Provide and prepare administrative support in the preparation of monthly/quarterly HR related reports and presentations,
  • Prepare and keep track of headcount plan and budget and work in cooperation with the department managers,
  • Take an active role in conducting research of the strategic HR and new trends/programs that can be applicable for the organization,
  • Participate in and provide support SAP Success Factor HR Modules projects,
  • Execute the performance management program for white and blue collar workforce,
  • Develop and maintain a positive employee relation environment and conduct customer oriented approach at all levels,
  • Generate creative ideas in organizing social and employee engagement activities for employees and support stronger internal communication within the organization,
  • Assist with identifying competency and skills based training needs of the employees,
  • Provide support with organizing and follow-up of the training and development programs in-cooperation with line managers and service providers.
