ZEISS Turkey is currently seeking, highly motivated and experienced Marketing Communications (MarCom) Specialist  for its Medical Technology (MED) Business Unit in İstanbul Ataşehir office.

Job Description

Summary: The Marketing Communications (MarCom) Specialist is responsible for the development, coordination and implementation of the marketing communications programs and campaigns to promote the sale of Medical Technology (MED) products and services in Turkey. 

• Organizing and coordinating industry-specific marketing activities such as exhibitions, workshops, stand spaces, roadshows, product launches, and campaigns
• Being a window person to coordinate marketing activities on a global scale
• Managing and tracking the marketing budget
• Conducting market research
• Building relations with third-parties such as advertising and printing agencies
• Developing the necessary MarCom materials like sales/training tools and make sure they are in line with the local/global marketing plan
• Co-ordinating required changes to the Website including keeping up-to-date the Global Exhibition Calendar
• Keeping up-to-date all marketing databases
• Being responsible for inventory management of MarCom materials such as brochures, product sheets, promotional goods and anticipating the demands in time to order
• Proofreading of all technical and non-technical texts that have been translated into local language in line with the corporate language and Medical Technology (MED) terminology
• Assisting sales team in the scope of MarCom activities
• Working closely with other Business Groups MarCom Specialists company-wide
• Preparing, launching, tracking and reporting the campaigns aligned to group marketing rules
• Monitoring and managing the customer database according to GDPR rule set

Requirements

• University degree in relevant field
• Preferably 3-5 years experience in Marketing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English
• Experience in digital advertising and social media preferred
• Ability to handle multiple projects and processes simultaneously and strong attention to details
• Ability to think creatively and innovatively
• Good communication and presentation skills
• No military obligation for male candidates
• Proficiency in marketing software (Marketo, Fiori, Google analytics etc.) is preferred
