QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

ZF Friedrichshafen AG global commodity organization is looking for a Commodity Buyer; Chemical Cluster (Rubber, Plastics, Surface Treatment) for its Gebze / Kocaeli location.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
- 3+ years of purchasing experience; preferably in automotive industry
- Fluent in both spoken and written English
- Strong in strategic purchasing principles, solid understanding of the manufacturing processes (knowledge of assigned commodity is a plus)
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills including cost analysis.
- Knowledge of APQP process and project management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project etc.)
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with SAP
- Ability to travel both domestically and internationally
İŞ TANIMI
- Plan and implement cost reduction measures (Negotiations / Benchmark (GCS) / Cost Analysis / VA / VE) and support the OP planning process
- Carrying out procurement processes as part of the sourcing decision process
- Performing global procurement market analyzes and lead contact for several global suppliers
- Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management - Including preparing recommendations for the Sourcing Decision Board (SDB)
- Driving Global Competitive Sourcing (GCS) packages
- Develop and implement global supplier and parts family strategies
- Collaborating in global and interdisciplinary teams
- Support operational purchasing tasks (purchase orders, invoices, etc,)
- Master data Management for several locations
- Other tasks as assigned

Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)
Completed, Exempt
English(Reading : Advanced, Writing : Advanced, Speaking : Advanced)
