QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

For our location in İstanbul, we are looking for a Order Management (Commercial) Specialist (m/f/d),

Tasks:

To ensure that the material shipments of all product groups ordered by the sales teams are shipped at the right time, right quantity and right price in accordance with the procedures.
To carry out and follow up the transfer processes in export and customs
To make all entry and exit registration procedures for all product group operations on ERP (Navision)
To inform customers about their backorder or open orders
To support monthly and weekly sales reports

Profile:

Minimum 4 years of experience in sales support or customer order management positions and preferably in the automotive spare parts sector
Experienced in customs and export processes
Strong communication skills and relationship management
Graduated from related departments of universities
Proficient in MS Office programs and very good command of English,
