QUALIFICATIONS

ZWe are looking for a “Corporate Risk Manager” to join our team and is responsible for the insurance management, corporate risk, financial risk and credit risk Zorlu Group companies. Zorlu Holding Corporate Risk Manager reports to CFO.
The following qualifications are required for the candidates:
  • Bachelor’s or preferably Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering or other qualified discipline of reputable universities,
  • Minimum 10 years’ work experience, with 7 years’ experience in risk management or insurance
  • Good experience of the insurance Market and insurable risk management best practice, gained while working for an Insurer or Broker, 
  • Strong analytical skills,
  • Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills,
  • Strong presentation and action follow up skills,
  • Strong team management skills,
  • Advanced command of English,
  • Advanced use of MS Office applications,

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Management of all the Zorlu Holding companies’ insurance renewals and related process,
    • Monitoring and reporting the financial risks of the Group companies
    • Designing and implementing an enterprise risk management process for the organization
    • Providing technical advice on insurance-related matters, loss prevention and other risk management issues.
    • Preparing risk management related presentations for company board
    • Developing policies and procedures and provides training and educational materials to enhance risk awareness of management and employees.
