Zorlu Performing Arts Center (Zorlu PSM) stands as one of Turkey’s premier venues for arts and entertainment. Hosting a wide array of events from concerts to theater performances, we prioritize excellence in both talent and technical execution.

We are in search of an experienced Technical Production Executive well-versed in stagecraft, sound, lighting, video, and stage setup. The ideal candidate will ensure that our performances are flawlessly executed and will manage our equipment inventory, while liaising with international artists and teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all technical aspects of our performances, ensuring top-tier sound, lighting, video, and stage set-up.
2. Coordinate with local and global technical teams, ensuring smooth operation during performances.
3. Manage equipment inventory, ensuring equipment maintenance, tracking, and potential rentals.
4. Engage in corporate rentals, attending meetings with brands and ensuring the fulfillment of their technical requirements.
5. Liaise with local and international artists, understanding and accommodating their technical requirements.
6. Lead and train the technical team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance.

Requirements:

1. Extensive experience in stagecraft, especially in sound, lighting, video, and stage setup.
2. Proficient in inventory management and equipment rentals.
3. Fluent in English, both written and spoken; ability to communicate with global teams and artists effectively.
4. Demonstrated experience in coordinating large technical teams.
5. Ability to engage in high-level meetings with corporate brands for rental opportunities.
6. Passionate about the arts, with a keen eye for detail and excellence.
7. At least 5 years of experience in the culture and arts sector.
