QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

ZUBİZU is looking for Product Manager for ZUBIZU app Product Management and Digital Payments team! Are you a passionate leader? Come and build the new future with us.


What will you do?

Oversee the product roadmap and strategy for ZUBİZU app by researching and analyzing the market place, the users, the competition and the global future trends.

Define new products and features & improve continuously ZUBİZU app by inspiring and motivating design, UX, analysis teams.

Work collaboratively with Communications, CRM, Campaign Management, Merchant and Finance teams to improve the engagement of ZUBİZU app.

Build KPIs, deliver business spesific value.


What do you need?

• Graduated from Engineering or Economics and Administrative Sciences departments of universities

• At least 10 years of experience in Product Management in the banking or fintech sector,

• At least 3 years of team management experience,

• Experienced in retail credits, credit cards,

• Interested in technology and following new products regularly,

• Following financial technological trends,

• Customer-oriented, effective communication and reporting skills,

• Careful and result-oriented in business follow-up,

• Very good knowledge of English language,

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs


Responsibilities

• To manage pricing, sales, profitability targets for the product group for which it is responsible,

• Managing product campaign and marketing activities,

• Managing the demand and supply process of the product end-to-end

• Price performance analysis and new product research,

•To produce new ideas and research alternative products by following the new developments for the product group
