• University Degree
•  At least 2 years of experience in export operations.
• Excellent knowledge of English interms of understanding and writing. ( Fluent Speaker Prefered)
• Knowledge of SAP.
• Excellent compliance for corporate rules.
• Having analytical approach, being business & customer oriented.
• Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Good communication, attention to details, and organizational skills required.
• Having a strong team work attitude is required.
• Energetic, self-motivated and dedicated.
• Willingness to be a team player.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Good command of Microsoft Office applications.
• No military obligation for male candidates.

İŞ TANIMI

• Checking daily basis reports from SAP
• Planning and checking shipment schedule with CSR and Plant accordingly.
• Ensure a substantial communication between all associated internal and external parties if it’s necessary.
• Place the bookings through EDI (in some cases manually) with close follow up.
• Follow up Loading process and update SAP accordingly.
• Follow up invoicing process to make sure, it’s being created by system or company.
• Collecting documents from third parties and preparation of all necessary certificates within specified KPIs.
• Update certain information and all importing documents on internal company system. And make sure KPI must be in line with timing.
• Sending documents via e-mail or mail (to be determined on every single order) to ımport party and make sure your doc packages be received.
• Checking vessel schedules closely to update SAP and contact CSR if any contingency case occurs. Or ensure all the orders and schedules in order.
• Escalate the subject if any unresolved problem happens during operation.
• Understand and being follow up local KPIs and act in line with set targets.
• Reporting time to time mid class management.
