• University degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, 
• Planning experience in a similar position for 10 years or more,
• Advanced speaking and writing in English,
• Excellent command of MS Office programs and SAP,
• Analytical mind with strong planning and self-learning skills, team work oriented,
• Completed military service for male applicants.

İŞ TANIMI

• Manage production planning team, plan and assure realization of trainings for the teams, follow-up team members’ development.
• Identify and report required resources to conduct his/her responsibilities.
• Act in accordance with ABB business ethics and compliance guidelines. 
• Prepare, control and follow-up the capacity and production plans. Follow-up realization of production and make necessary changes in the plan accordingly.
• Analyze KPIs and identify problems. 
• Coordinate with sales, design, quality and accounting, not only to conduct daily business but also to improve the way of working.
• Identify and drive improvement projects leveraging our tools but not limited to that.
• Prepare KPI and activity reports and drive corrective actions in order to be in line with business targets.
• Manage inventory levels and movements.
• Always bearing in mind the responsibilities regarding, safety of own or of colleagues, safety of supplier’s employees, customers and visitors, quality of products and processes, continuous improvement, effective use of natural resources and carry out the business in an environment friendly manner are expected behavioral characteristics.
