Warehouse Supervisor

• University degree from relevant departments as Logistics Management, Industrial Engineering and/or other engineering departments,
• Min. 4 years of experience in warehouse management and/or material management in an industrial organization,
• Good command of written and spoken English,
• Very good command of Ms Office applications, and an ERP system (SAP is a plus),
• No military obligation for male candidates,
• Residing in Kocaeli or Istanbul (Asian side).

İŞ TANIMI

• Lead, organise, supervise and control material moving, loading, off-loading, and reception, storage at the internal and external warehouses in a proper way.
• Plan and supervise the items to be transferred to workshop according to BOM and production schedule
• Develop, apply and check the EHS rules in warehouses and transportation.
• Organise transfer of materials to be sent to subcontractors on time.
• Record and control all of transactions in ERP system in order to follow up materials
• Control packing slips related to rejected, scrap, subcontracted repairs and sold materials/machines/tools/apparatus to be sent out of factory.
• Perform/organise and report result of cycle counting at external warehouses periodically.
• Perform stock taking / cycle counting processes to maintain inventory accuracy and define the root cause of variances.
• Leads team development and productivity improvements.
• Prepare multi-skill matrix and define/organise training plan of workers.
• Issue reports and instructions related to warehouses management, inventory accuracy, material shortage.
