• Bachelor's Degree
• Min.2 years of relevant experience,SAP knowledge,Good knowledge of MS Office
• Customer oriented,a perfect team member,Good interpersonal skills,excellent command of EnglishAbility to self-manage and to take responsibility
• Preferably at least 2 year of experience in international trade and import procedures
• Great interdepartmental communication and reporting skills 
• Residency in the Anatolian side
• Military obligations must be completed for male candidates

İŞ TANIMI

• Coordinating export shipments,
• Implementing of all export and import operations and documentation process
• Carry out all transactions of Export&DIB SD orders (receiving the order,placing the order in SAP,sending Order Confirmations,
• Cancelling the order,making necessary amendments,initiate the delivery process,collecting&distribution of the documentation.
• Follow up all orders with Order Fulfillers,Warehouse and Production and inform Sales&Customers accordingly.
• Prepare necessary Order Follow up daily reports for monitoring
• Follow-up customers’ transfers in settlement of accounts and payments in coordination with Accounting
• Release blocked orders due to the overdues in cooperation with Finance&Sales Departments
• Acknowledgement of customer complaints, documentation (entering QNS in SAP),coordination and follow-up with related departments
• Process of return orders (collection of invoices,approval of forms,inform Sales&Warehouse,transactions in SAP)
• Preparation&DistibutionDaily&Weekly&Monthly Sales Reports
